OCTOBER “ONE THING”

Our October “One Thing” is canned vegetables for the Mitchell Area Food Pantry Thanksgiving baskets. In 2022 The Food Pantry gave away 150 Thanksgiving baskets in 40 minutes.  Cash donations are also welcomed.

NOISY BUCKETS

Today is Noisy Bucket Sunday. All donations will be given to the

Mitchell Public School Lunch Program. Thank you for your generosity towards our students in need.

SPECIAL SUNDAY ENVELOPES

We neglected to put the special envelopes out last Sunday for World Communion Sunday. The envelopes are available at the tables at the entrances to the Worship Center if you would like to contribute

SHOEBOX CHRISTMAS

It is that time of year again for Shoebox Christmas. Becky has placed the angel tree in the gathering area. Please grab a tag, instructions (they are a little different than last year), and a shoebox and help make Christmas special for someone in need. The deadline is Sunday, November 5th. If you have questions, please contact Becky, or call the office at 605-996-7721.

2ND GRADE BIBLE PRESENTATION

Please join us on Sunday, October 22nd as we present our 2nd grade class with bibles. If you would like to sponsor a bible for this special event, please contact Becky or call the office. The cost is $35.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT YOUTH GROUP MEALS

We are still in need of food or cash donations for the Wednesday night meals for our youth and their leaders. If you would like to provide part of the meal, that is okay too. There is a sign-up sheet located by the Connection Center Desk. If you have any questions, please let Becky or Cindy know, or call the office at 605-996-7721.
